Taco Meatloaf

Taco Meatloaf (4-6 servings)

gluten-free/soy-free


2 lbs GROUND BEEF
1 cup SALSA
3/4 cup GLUTEN-FREE OATS
1/2 cup ONION, chopped
1 EGG
2 tablespoons HOMEMADE TACO SEASONING
1/2 cup CHEESE, grated

1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients well.
3. Pat meat into a loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes.
4. Remove meatloaf from the oven and pour off the fat. Add the cheese to the top and bake for another 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and meat is cooked thoroughly.
